Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse management organization, is seeking a Inventory Control Clerk/ Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Inventory Control Clerk/ Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk/ Forklift Operator

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

Oversee and manage the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the warehouse.

Lead a team and implement effective inventory control processes.

Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Utilize inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology to track inventory levels.

Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
