Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role focuses on receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items within a stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, ensure items are stored and labeled correctly, and support a clean, safe, and efficient operation in a climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming stock items, count quantities accurately, and record data manually or using a computer system.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
Verify inventory records by comparing system data to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or correct errors as needed.
Store items in an orderly, clearly labeled, and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other designated areas.
Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment to ensure proper tracking.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to support compliance with safety regulations.
Keep accurate records on the use, movement, and any damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear, defects, or damage and promptly report issues to supervisors.
Provide assistance, guidance, or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers as needed.
Perform lifting, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and receiving tasks in support of daily operations.
Use RF scanners and related warehouse technology to locate, track, and update inventory.
Match labels accurately to ensure correct items are packed and shipped to the right destinations.
Work on your feet throughout the shift while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
Follow established policies, procedures, and security strategies to protect people, data, property, and inventory.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of warehouse, stockroom, or related experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ability to work effectively as a team player while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of warehouse equipment, policies, and procedures related to safe and secure operations.
Experience with lifting, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and receiving.
Ability to use RF scanners and related inventory systems.
Ability to match labels accurately to ensure correct packing and shipping.
Ability to work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts.
English language capabilities sufficient for reading labels, following instructions, and communicating with the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in inventory-focused environments such as warehouses, stockrooms, or fulfillment centers.
Familiarity with scanning, packaging, and shipping individual orders.
Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment with productivity and accuracy expectations.

Work Environment
This position is based in a clean, climate-controlled micro-fulfillment center designed for packing and shipping individual patient prescriptions. The work is light duty and not physically strenuous, though you remain on your feet for most of the shift. The schedule follows a second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Sunday only. You use warehouse tools and equipment such as RF scanners, labeling devices, and standard packing and shipping materials. The facility maintains a comfortable indoor temperature to keep you out of extreme hot or cold weather. You are allowed to work with one earbud or ear pod in to listen to music or podcasts while performing your duties, as long as safety and communication requirements are met.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
