The Team and Role:

Corporate FP&A is an outstanding place to start your career and learn about finance in a fast paced collaborative environment. The Financial Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting the Global Opex FP&A team in streamlining and automating processes, performing core financial analysis of operating expenses, and supporting Corporate FP&A for ad hoc analyses.

Assist in preparation of quarterly reporting packages, analyze trends, drivers, variances and identify both risks and opportunities with insights.

Assist in AOP/Forecast templates and processes continuous improvement

Support Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions

Enhance and automate the comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis to stakeholders

Provide timely financial support to business teams

Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, overall finance, and Corporate supporting functions (P&C, Procurement, IT etc.)

Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on quality

Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy

Experience working independently, and fixing complex problems excites you

Strong communication skills, being open and honest if you face roadblocks while also thinking through potential solutions

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers

Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Doc

Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated.

A passion for problem-solving, identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong Excel, google sheets, and google docs experience

Experience in Tableau or other BI systems, database relationship structure knowledge highly recommended

Knowledge of AI tools and capabilities

Education:

Junior/Senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitatively-focused discipline

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $29.00 hourly- $30.00 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
