The Opportunity

Tundraland Home Improvement, part of Leaf Home, North America's leading direct-to-consumer home solutions provider, is expanding our retail event marketing team.

This is a performance-driven role with clear weekly targets where your efforts directly impact your income.

What You'll Be Doing

Represent Tundraland in a high-traffic retail environment

Engage directly with customers and introduce our products

Generate leads for our in-home sales team

Work within a steady flow of customer interactions everyday

Hit and exceed weekly performance goals

This is a high-energy, front-of-the-line role. You create the opportunity.

Compensation

$18/hour base pay

Monthly Sales Bonus

Uncapped earnings

Top performers consistently earn $1,000+ per week.

Schedule

Thursday - Sunday
