How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead emergency response by rapidly assessing scenes and executing immediate, high-priority care plans.

Deliver precision care using advanced medical equipment to treat and stabilize patients during critical moments.

Ensure care continuity by monitoring vitals and providing clear, real-time clinical briefings to the nursing team.

Guarantee safe transit by managing the physical mobilization and transport of patients with a focus on their comfort and safety.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Division obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
