Manage a real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition and coordinating with internal partners and customers.
Lead negotiations for property use, lease enforcement, and contractor agreements, ensuring cost control and risk mitigation.
Oversee market analysis, site selection, and return on investment assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies to minimize financial and reputational risks.
Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates while promoting company policies and ethical standards.

Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, including site selection, market analysis, and deal negotiations.
Proven ability to manage construction costs through contract review, change order evaluation, and contractor negotiations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
