Position Summary...
The Senior Operations Manager leads logistics and operations within a high-volume Sam's Club distribution or fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost, while developing leaders, managing financial results, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
The Senior Operations Manager partners closely with associates, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to execute business plans, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve logistics operations in support of Sam's Club members.
What You'll Do
Lead execution of business plans to achieve facility goals for production, quality, safety, and service
Manage staffing, workload planning, and performance execution
Own financial performance, including budgets, expenses, asset utilization, and reporting
Ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and quality standards
Lead, coach, and develop associates and leaders; support hiring, training, and performance management
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using fact-based decision making
Support community engagement and company-sponsored initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $127,600.00 - $191,400.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
