As Administrator Customer Excellence (m/f/d) , you will realize customer satisfaction through ensuring intensive relationship and communication to them. You will coordinate integrated service from order entry to on time delivery and order fulfillment and support projects with the aim to improve Customer Excellence related processes and costs.
The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA office in Brescia, Italy .
What you will do
As Administrator Customer Excellence (m/f/d) , your responsibilities will include:
Administer and control customer's consignment stock
Responsibility for order management under customer or sales department request
Monitor and post customer orders received via EDI, TecCom and others, following agreed customers' rules, agreements and special agreed requirements
Initiate the delivery note creation, where needed, to assure the customer on-time delivery
Delivery management, which includes assurance of on-time delivery of batteries, analyzing the inventory and incoming deliveries to allocate the goods to each delivery note
Support for all customers' logistics requests
Receive, distribute and manage customers' claims
Controlling, managing and ordering materials, packaging and other decoration materials following purchasing department processes
Support improvement and costs saving projects
Archiving documents and maintain them properly (RIM)
What makes you a good fit
Completed apprenticeship, secondary education second stage or similar degree in logistics, sales or administration
First work experience in Sales, Production or Logistics, preferred within an international environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle high volumes in a challenging environment
Proficient communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationship on various levels and stakeholders in an international environment
Advanced proficiency in working with SAP, Microsoft Office package, shared Drives and clouding
Fluency in English and Italian, both in written and spoken

In qualità di Administrator Customer Excellence , contribuirai alla soddisfazione del cliente garantendo relazioni e comunicazioni costanti ed efficaci. Coordinerai un servizio integrato, dall'inserimento ordini alla consegna puntuale e all'evasione degli ordini, supportando inoltre progetti finalizzati al miglioramento dei processi e dei costi legati alla Customer Excellence.

Le tue responsabilità
In qualità di Administrator Customer Excellence , ti occuperai di:
Amministrare e controllare lo stock in conto deposito del cliente
Gestire gli ordini su richiesta del cliente o del reparto vendite
Monitorare e registrare gli ordini dei clienti ricevuti tramite EDI, TecCom e altri sistemi, nel rispetto delle regole, degli accordi e dei requisiti speciali concordati
Avviare la creazione delle bolle di consegna, ove necessario, per garantire la puntualità delle consegne
Gestire le consegne, assicurando la spedizione puntuale delle batterie e analizzando inventario e arrivi per allocare correttamente la merce
Fornire supporto per tutte le richieste logistiche dei clienti
Ricevere, distribuire e gestire i reclami dei clienti
Controllare, gestire e ordinare materiali, imballaggi e materiali promozionali secondo i processi del reparto acquisti
Supportare progetti di miglioramento e riduzione dei costi
Archiviare e gestire correttamente la documentazione (RIM)
Il tuo profilo
Apprendistato completato, istruzione secondaria superiore o titolo equivalente in ambito logistica, vendite o amministrazione
Prima esperienza lavorativa in ambito Sales, Produzione o Logistica, preferibilmente in un contesto internazionale
Spiccate capacità analitiche e abilità nel gestire elevati volumi di lavoro in un ambiente dinamico
Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione alla collaborazione con diversi stakeholder e livelli organizzativi in un contesto internazionale
Ottima conoscenza di SAP, del pacchetto Microsoft Office, di unità condivise e soluzioni cloud
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana , scritta e parlata
