Hotel Sales Manager

You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives-and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays

Build strong client relationships-both online and in person

Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts

Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries

Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions

What You Bring:

1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) - REQUIRED

Experience in any hotel department is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus

Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred

Confident with tech- Delphi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality
