8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers. The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings' private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. ("THL"), a private equity firm.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all distribution orders and coordinates all outbound and inbound loads to and from the facility. This role works closely with the logistics providers to accomplish accuracy within the shipping department and to ensure that our customers receive their product in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain drivers checking in and out, enter distribution orders, adjust all outbound loads, schedule all outbound orders, inform carriers of schedule and receive and seal any outbound loads sent to outside distribution centers
Responsible for correlating all orders received from third party transportation providers and carriers while preparing accurate shipping documentation and maintaining the information database which includes customer and market information
Prepare reports that reflect accurate case order and shipping confirmation, report any changes to sales orders and resolve discrepancies on lot traceable items at offsite warehouses
Reconcile shuttles to distribution centers and process orders in the JDE enterprise Application
Create, print and file picking tickets for daily sales and distribution orders
Maintain and scan Bill of Ladings and shipping documents to appropriate departments for proper analysis
Prepare and process all third-party shipments and record weight information in the appropriate system/database
Other duties, as assigned
Education and Experience Required:
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution
4+ years' work experience or degree in a business-related field in lieu of experience
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strategic planning skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Qualified applicants must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
