Position Overview:
Provides clinical and administrative leadership for the entire clinic, overseeing both front and back-office operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. Directs personnel and coordinates activities within the nursing clinic, supporting the delivery of safe, patient-centered services. Assists in the management and integration of departmental resources across locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identifies, implements, and drives process improvement initiatives in alignment with performance dashboard targets. Monitors results from employee, clinician, and patient satisfaction surveys, communicating outcomes and executing action plans as needed. Consistently enforces and evaluates policies, workflows, competencies, and training programs to maintain operational excellence.
Provides direct patient care in accordance with licensure and scope of practice. Less than 50% of time, on average, is spent performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.

Job Description :
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
RN-Registered Nurse of California
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrate basic nursing skills.
Demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills.
Self directed in coordinating the care plan for patient care delivery.
Completion of SMF orientation: Basic Skills Assessment, Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment.
Demonstrate knowledge of community resources, legal policies relating to patient decisions and outcomes.
Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team management concepts.
Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members.
Completion of department specific orientation.
Computer skills, including Epic, Intelliden and IDX.
