How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver compassionate bedside care under the guidance of clinical leadership, ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and supported throughout their recovery.

Monitor and assess patient well-being to identify subtle changes in health status, acting as a critical set of eyes and ears for the multidisciplinary team.

Administer medications and treatments with meticulous accuracy, proactively observing for adverse reactions to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Empower patients and families through clear education on disease management and post-discharge self-care, bridging the gap between hospital treatment and home wellness.

Execute essential diagnostic and therapeutic services to provide the clinical data necessary for accurate treatment planning and faster recovery times.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required
