The Employee Banking Officer is responsible for leading, administering, and expanding the bank's internal Employee Banking Program. This role delivers a concierge-style experience to employees at all levels of the organization. The officer acts as the primary point of contact for all employee banking needs, providing personalized guidance, tailored product recommendations, and proactive financial wellness support.
The Employee Banking Officer drives program engagement, enrollment, and internal ambassadorship by developing strong partnerships with Human Resources, Retail Banking Leadership, Marketing and Corporate communication teams. This role focuses on enhancing financial well-being for employees, deepening product adoption, and creating a best-in-class employee experience that reinforces trust in the bank's brand.
As the Employee Banking Program grows, this role may evolve to include leading and developing program support staff or additional team members.
Success is measured by growth in employee participation, product penetration, satisfaction scores, program visibility, and the cultivation of employees as brand advocates.
The role reports through Retail Administration and may require occasional travel.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or a customer-facing relationship management role.
Prior experience with program administration, business development, or financial wellness coaching is preferred.

Tasks Performed:
30% Leads the Employee Banking Program as the primary owner responsible for end-to-end administration, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to program requirements, and ongoing compliance. Develops, updates, and enforces program policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and quality. Monitors and analyzes program performance by tracking enrollment trends, engagement metrics, and operational data, providing insights and reporting to support decision-making. Continuously enhances processes, tools, and program offerings by incorporating employee feedback, identifying efficiency opportunities, and aligning improvements with business needs.
25 % Delivers a premium Concierge-Style experience to internal employees by providing a relationship-focused, personalized approach to banking support. Conducts one-on-one consultations to understand individual financial goals and deliver tailored solutions, while serving as the single point of contact for escalations and complex employee banking requests. Ensures new hires receive an exceptional and seamless introduction to employee banking benefits, reinforcing a high-touch experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
20% Drives increased employee participation and deeper product adoption through targeted outreach initiatives designed to strengthen overall engagement. Actively promotes banking programs, special offers, and financial wellness opportunities across internal communication channels to enhance visibility and awareness. Builds and sustains a strong network of internal ambassadors who help amplify program messaging and extend reach throughout the organization. Hosts webinars, workshops, and onsite events focused on financial wellness and product education to support continuous learning and foster a more informed
10% Partners with HR to seamlessly integrate employee banking benefits into the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring clear communication and strong early engagement. Works closely with Retail Banking teams to deliver optimal product recommendations and timely service resolution for employees. Collaborates with Marketing and Corporate Communications to design, refine, and distribute promotional materials that enhance program visibility and reinforce consistent messaging across the organization. Engages with organizational leaders to understand evolving workforce needs and align program offerings to support strategic priorities and continuous improvement.
10% Ensures all employee banking interactions and account activities are conducted in full alignment with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of operational integrity. Maintains accurate, detailed records and documentation related to program enrollments, consultation outcomes, and service interactions to support audit readiness and consistent program oversight. Safeguards confidential employee financial information in accordance with Bank privacy policies, information security standards, and documented confidentiality procedures, upholding strict privacy expectations and reinforcing trust in the employee banking experience.
