Zusammenfassung der Position:

Verantwortung für die Erreichung und Übertreffung der Umsatzziele im zugewiesenen Gebiet durch professionelle Vermarktung und fachlich fundierte Betreuung der Produkte. Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen OP- und Serviceunterstützung.

1.Hauptaktivitäten:

Vertrieb & Geschäftsentwicklung

Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien und Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele

Erstellung von Forecasts, Businessplänen und regelmäßigen Reports

Dokumentation von Marktfeedback, Verkaufsperformance und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten

Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Zielkunden

Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden

OP-Betreuung & Technischer Support

Fachliche Betreuung und technische Unterstützung bei Operationen

Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für chirurgische Eingriffe

Durchführung präoperativer Abstimmungen mit Operateuren

Intraoperative Kommunikation relevanter Monitoring-Daten

Verwaltung von Konsignations- und Leihinstrumentarium

Schulung & Kundenentwicklung

Schulung von Ärzten und OP-Personal (Produkttrainings, Workshops, Fachveranstaltungen)

Organisation und Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fachveranstaltungen

Beratung der Kunden zu optimalen Produktanwendungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Customer Service und Vertriebsteam

Compliance & Qualität

Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Unternehmensrichtlinien und Compliance-Anforderungen

Professionelles und ethisch einwandfreies Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern

Sicherstellung der Vertraulichkeit sensibler Informationen

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich

Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Wirbelsäulenchirurgie

Hohe technische Affinität und OP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beziehungsstärke

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
