ADF- Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a ADF- Machine Operator to join their team. As a ADF- Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Operate a variety of machines used in the fabrication of metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints or production documents to determine machine settings.

Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.

Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make adjustments as needed.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

What's Needed?

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills preferred.

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Previous machine operation experience is a plus.
