This position is part of the Career Development, Communication & CORE team for Raytheon Finance Business Process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Finance Professionals from early career to senior managers. This role requires a highly organized and strategic individual to support the continuous improvement and alignment of our organizational goals. You will collaborate with leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with workforce strategies while analyzing data to support decision-making and optimize talent development initiatives.
What You Will Do
Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of career development programs, including but not limited to: Raytheon Finance Intern Program, Early Career Cohort, Finance Academy of Management, Talent Movement, and the FLDP Champion Network.
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the successful execution of these programs
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery
Help analyze career progression data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to optimize talent development initiatives
Partner with Finance leadership and HR teams to enhance talent mobility and retention efforts
Support the delivery of career development engagement events, initiatives, and other development opportunities for employees
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure career development programs are effectively communicated and accessible to employees.
Employee Engagement and Communication- Support the planning and delivery of CFO Town Halls, in-person employee engagement events, and other career development initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies that promote career development opportunities and ensure accessibility for employees
Program Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze key metrics related to employee development, retention, and the effectiveness of career development programs
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate program outcomes and progress to stakeholders
Support special projects related to employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce strategy
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery
Maintain and update career development tools, resources, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for employees
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree & a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance, HR, career development, or a related area
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working collaboratively across different functions and/or business units
Experience managing multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in talent management, training, or career development programs
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of finance operations and organizational structures in a corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
