Pay Rate: $25/hour (6-month contract with possibility to extend and growth opportunities)

Shift: 7am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors.

Coordinating meeting amenities such as refreshments as needed.

Researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries or concerns from both internal and external customers, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Gathering, creating, maintaining, and summarizing sensitive or confidential data from various sources for reports and special projects.

Distributing information appropriately to department members and customers.

Performing data analysis and resolving discrepancies following established procedures.

Updating and maintaining databases, systems applications, or files to ensure accuracy.

Receiving and referring visitors and telephone calls, sometimes across divisions or countries.

Organizing and maintaining records of supervisors' projects and correspondence, and facilitating workflow through the office.

Preparing letters, memoranda, and documents for supervisor's signature and distribution.

Conveying supervisor's instructions and exchanging information with senior managers on their behalf.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have strong Microsoft Office skills.

Possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Demonstrate advanced planning, organizing, and scheduling skills.

Show keen attention to detail and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Are driven, self-directed, and motivated to take initiative.

Are willing and able to be onsite from day one.

Can wear metatarsals for occasional visits to the factory floor (minimal requirement).

Hold 3-5 years of professional experience.
