Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Wealth Management Operations Specialist I is responsible for transactional processing supporting Wealth Management accounts within the trust and/or bond accounting systems. This role ensures the accuracy of client account activity and reporting through trade processing, settlements, foreign currency exchange, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process transactions for Wealth Management accounts within trust and bond accounting systems

Execute trade processing and settlements

Support foreign currency exchange activities

Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate account reporting and performance tracking

Collaborate with Wealth Management account officers and internal teams including Operations & Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit

Coordinate with external depositories, vendors, and brokers to maintain accurate client account records

Preferred Experience:

Background in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations & Technology within the financial industry.
