About This Opportunity

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides cross-functional administrative support to internal teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

This position is based in Mountain View, California.

What You Will Do

Serve as the front-facing representative of the office, greeting guests and managing visitor experience

Oversee general office administration, including supplies management, mail handling, and facilities coordination

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics

Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs

Support occasional team activities, meetings, and event coordination

Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and overall functionality of shared spaces

Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or similar role preferred

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Navan, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom and similar office productivity tools

Work Environment and Additional Requirements

Onsite presence required during scheduled hours

Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule (approximately 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business needs, including support for events or office activities

Ability to lift and move light office supplies (if applicable)
