2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and integrate advanced diagnostic equipment used in hospitals across the country. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys precision work, detailed processes, and contributing to life-impacting technology in a regulated, high-quality environment.

What You'll Do

Assemble and integrate complex electromechanical diagnostic equipment

Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with over 100 defined steps

Integrate multiple sub-assemblies into final chassis builds with accuracy and efficiency

Perform intricate wiring tasks, managing connection points

Align, calibrate, and test systems during the integration process

Complete work orders accurately and maintain precise production records

Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

Experience in mechanical assembly

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

6 months to 1 year of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO, or similar)

Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and reaching

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $21.70/hr.
