Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support the operational and administrative functions of a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to the efficiency of warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to the warehouse and production teams, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Maintain and update records related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and production processes.

Process orders, enter data, and manage documentation using internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics.

Track and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Support inventory management by reconciling discrepancies and keeping systems and spreadsheets up to date.

Generate operational reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other software tools.

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production to optimize workflow and communication.

Assist with scheduling, tracking production timelines, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for warehouse-related documents.

Identify and suggest areas for improvement in administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency. Requirements - At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse or production environment.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. TalentMatch®
