Construction Project Coordinator

Our client, the construction and building maintenance industry, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project support team, assisting with administrative and operational tasks essential for successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range:Depending on Experience (Starting at $25)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

Support project business activities including RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and subcontract processing.

Manage project documentation files, including proposals, subcontracts, and customer communications.

Assist with procurement of materials using electronic purchasing tools and track project materials.

Coordinate and complete project closeout documentation such as as-built drawings, final invoicing, and warranty letters.

Support safety program coordination, including verification of monthly toolbox training and safety reporting.

What's Needed?

Experience supporting project-related teams in the construction or building maintenance industry.

Proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office and email applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.

Basic knowledge of project accounting or cost management principles is a plus.
