Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, AZ!

NAU is a public research university known for its strong sense of community, outdoor lifestyle, and student-focused campus, serving as an academic and cultural hub of Northern Arizona. This beautiful campus, with a diverse retail dining environment, features multiple retail units, both self-operated and nationally branded. Strong on-site specialist support is also provided by dedicated Marketing, Finance, Culinary, and HR Directors.

What You'll Do

Identify customer needs and expectations

Ensure that Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met

Educate and develop rapport with clients and promote partnerships

Promote a customer/client centered culture that strives to exceed customer and client needs

Maintain and improve service level resulting in increased customer satisfaction

Ensure all HAACP standards are followed

Demonstrate resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years

MinimumFunctional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
