Delivery Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our inbound call center team in Stuart, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers-handling incoming calls, answering product questions, assisting with equipment repair inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a call center environment

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and equipment repairs

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department

Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions accurately

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and quality standards on every call

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer solutions

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while handling calls

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
