Hours: 8:45a-5:15p EST M-F, 8:45a-1:15p EST Saturday
30 min lunch, and you'll be given a half-day during the week when needing to work that Saturday

Must haves:
Must have high school diploma
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and patient manner
2-3 years of upselling + cash handling experience
Ability to ben bonded and ability to obtain Notary designation.
Must be able to have in-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with members can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
No jumpy tenures
Must be able to complete logic assessment + personality quiz (I will be sending this out after our initial call if you are interested in proceeding!)
Job description:
The Bank Teller will support the needs of our membership by developing relationships with our membership working diligently to process their financial transactions and find positive solutions for their financial needs. They will utilize their product knowledge to promote, educate, and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members.
Offer appropriate products and services to deepen member relationships with and in accordance with the client's goals and growth targets, as well as serve as a professional representative of the credit union through all member interactions and ensure each member receives outstanding member service by performing within the credit union's vision, mission, goals, and living our service premises through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
Process transactions including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, wire transfers, and loan payments, updating account information, and documented member interviews in our core system promptly, efficiently, and accurately with close attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to deepen the member relationship by recommending credit union products and/or services to meet the members short-term and long-term financial needs, actively educating members on benefits of products and services and referring members to other credit union representatives, as appropriate.
Research issues and situations and collaborate with internal departments, as necessary, to resolve concerns, performing department related support duties, to include, but not limited to scanning, faxing, and working daily reports, complying with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $41600.00/yr.
