Join our client's dedicated medical team as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, where you'll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a thriving office near downtown Chattanooga, TN.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Creating a Positive First Impression: Greet and assist patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

Managing Appointments: Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate patient records with the utmost accuracy.

Providing Support: Act as a liaison by addressing patient inquiries related to office policies and procedures.

Streamlining Office Operations: Tackle various administrative and organizational tasks to maintain smooth office functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with medical office operations or prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Cerner or Epic is an advantage

Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical front office or related administrative role.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Proficiency in scheduling, patient check-in, and other front desk operations.

Familiarity with basic medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Cerner or Epic.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.

All candidates are required to complete relevant pre-employment screenings.
