Advanced Practice Provider - Urgent Ortho

Job Title: Urgent Orthopedics

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Champion:

Full-time position: 35 clinical hours per week, with rotating weekends and holiday call; clinic closed on all major holidays

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Orthopedics Walk-In Clinic, providing care to pediatric and adult patients

Team-based care model with two providers scheduled per shift to support exceptional patient care and efficient workflow

Minimum of two (2) years of orthopedic experience required

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urgent orthopedic conditions, including sprains, fractures, dislocations, and acute joint injuries

Perform orthopedic procedures such as splinting, casting, and immobilization for acute musculoskeletal injuries

Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Background in orthopedics, urgent care, emergency medicine, or trauma strongly preferred
