Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to assist during an upcoming event in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a Contract position requiring excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing support to event attendees and ensuring a seamless check-in process.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist event attendees during the check-in process.

Use an iPad to search for attendee names and print event badges.

Provide clear answers to attendee questions and offer guidance as needed.

Ensure an attentive and welcoming environment at the registration desk.

Collaborate with event staff to address any operational challenges.

Maintain accurate records of attendee check-ins and badge printing.

Adhere to the event's dress code and high standards.

Attend initial training at the registration desk to familiarize with procedures. Requirements - Proficiency in using an iPad and other basic technology.

Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with event attendees.

Previous experience in customer service or related roles.

Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

Business attire and a detail-oriented demeanor.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
