As a Security Officer for Merchandise Warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor site activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and document arrivals, departures, and restricted area access in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, entry points, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Support traffic flow at gates and receiving areas by directing visitors, vendors, and/or carriers to approved access points while following post orders and reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
