What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report potential concerns involving facilities, equipment, and/or restricted areas.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and support authorized access procedures for personnel, vendors, and deliveries.

Support security-related operations by maintaining awareness of site conditions, following post orders, and communicating clearly during routine duties, shift handoffs, and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
