Description We are looking for a dedicated Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team on a contract basis in Addison, Texas. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and efficient environment by managing building spaces, facilitating events, and providing exceptional customer service to a wide range of teams and visitors. Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

Oversee front-of-house operations, including directing incoming inquiries to the appropriate channels.

Coordinate and assist with the physical setup of events and meetings, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.

Update and maintain records of room bookings and event calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.

Collaborate with other facilities team members to provide seamless support for various services.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of building spaces to enhance user experience.

Act as a key point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance as needed. Requirements - Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-driven and efficient, with a confident and detail-oriented approach.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and represent the organization with a detail-oriented approach.

Proficiency in using PC-based platforms to manage daily tasks and schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

5-7 years of experience in roles such as reception, concierge, or a related field.
