We are looking for an experienced Regional Controller to oversee the financial operations for the Americas region, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a key role within a rapidly growing SaaS company on a global scale, that serves regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive compensation, and an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial strategy and operations.

Schedule: Hybrid with 3 days in Office and 2 days Remote

Travel: 25%

Salary: $135,000 -$175,000 (some stretch may be available)

Big 4, or Top Public Accounting Firm and CPA

Experience with M& A integration and Multi entity

Proficiency with NetSuite is a plus

SaaS industry a Plus or other complex industry

The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills and public background with CPA, from fast paced settings in growth transformation, M& A integration and multi-entity operations. This role will travel periodically for short periods to the West Coast.

The Regional Controller of the Americas oversees accounting operations and manages all aspects of full-cycle, reconciliations, balance sheet review, financial reporting and consolidation for the North and South America regions.

Prepares financial package participating in closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Oversees cash flow reporting and analysis, providing actionable recommendations to executive leadership.

Collaborates on M& A integration activities, ensuring seamless consolidation of multi-entity operations.

Supervises and mentors a small international team, driving process improvements and standardizing controls across regions.

Ensures compliance with multi-state tax filings, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Partners with leadership to align financial operations with business objectives and strategic goals.

Conducts periodic travel to the West Coast to support regional operations and integration efforts.

Utilizes accounting systems such as NetSuite to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Background in public accounting or a Big 4 firm and CPA preferred.

Proven expertise in GAAP accounting and financial reporting.

Experience with M& A integration and managing multi-entity financial operations.

Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Familiarity with the SaaS industry or other complex industries is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Willingness to travel up to 25%, including short trips to the West Coast.
