lives as our newKey Account Manager - Regional Grocery. SUMMARY The
position is responsible for directing sales activities that deliver
incremental revenue and gross profit with our Grocery Channel. The
Grocery Channel business is important and requires a high level of
strategic business planning and data analysis. This position is
responsible for \$4+ million in net sales revenue. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Grow the total net sales of the customers assigned, meeting annual
revenue/profit goals of all key NW business initiatives. Develop
strategic customer business plans (In-Store & On-line), building
mutually beneficial partnerships with Grocery Channel customers. Develop
and drive continuous growth through brand awareness activations, shopper
marketing partnerships and conversion tactics on the retailer\'s own
e-commerce platform. Influence Grocery Channel customers at various
levels within their organization to ensure premier customer intimacy.
Participate in strategic planning initiatives to best understand ROI of
promotional discounts to drive the most effective and efficient results
for both accounts. Meet/exceed distribution, shelf placement and pricing
goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare and present
business reviews to customers and/or Nature\'s Way Internal teams.
