Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer - 2nd Shift
Job Description
This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and managing customer orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will work on the 2nd shift from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., using RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders, research and resolve order issues, and support multiple departments across the facility.
Responsibilities
Sort printed order pick tickets and assign them to the appropriate picking baskets to ensure efficient workflow.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards.
Read and respond to emails and CE cases, researching issues and providing clear, timely, and accurate responses.
Perform order management functions in Microsoft D365 F&O, including order rollbacks, line backorders, order shipping upgrades, DOA replacements for the Integration Lab, and order modifications and inventory transfers for missing product.
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify products and inventory within the warehouse.
Support cycle counts and basic inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist with general warehouse tasks such as organizing products, staging orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members and other departments (such as Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, ITAD, Integration Lab, and Special Projects) to resolve order and inventory issues.
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on order volume and urgency.
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while operating equipment and handling products.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse experience, including order picking or packing responsibilities.
Proficiency using RF scanners for order picking and inventory tasks.
Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate warehouse and order management systems.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook for reading, organizing, and responding to email communications.
Strong comprehension skills to accurately understand order details, tickets, and case information.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for effectively researching and responding to cases and emails.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of inventory processes such as cycle counts and inventory tracking.
Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, following all safety procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reviewing, or reporting order and inventory information.
Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O, especially for order management functions such as order rollbacks, backorders, shipping upgrades, and inventory transfers (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with warehouse operations across multiple departments such as Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, ITAD, Integration Lab, and Special Projects.
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent inventory discrepancies.
Reliability and consistent performance, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities during peak or ramp seasons when order volume increases.
Willingness to work on a contract basis, typically 4-5 months, with the potential for conversion based on performance and reliability.

Work Environment
The role is based in a combined warehouse and office setting with more than 100 employees, with all team members in this position working primarily on the warehouse floor. The warehouse is organized into six major departments: ITAD, Integration Lab, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Special Projects, providing exposure to a variety of operational areas. The facility typically runs two shifts, and may open a third shift during busy ramp or peak seasons to support increased volume. You will work on the 2nd shift from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., using RF scanners, computers, and standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts in a structured, process-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
