Our client, a leading global technology organization within the data center infrastructure and construction sector, is seeking a Construction Manager (QA/QC Construction Manager) to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Delivery / Construction Quality & Execution team supporting cross-functional engineering, construction, commissioning, and project controls groups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Range: $77.71 - $83.70 per hour

What's the Job?

Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed execution plans and ensuring alignment across technical, scheduling, and field activities

Conduct field inspections to verify installed work aligns with drawings, submittals, and quality requirements

Review and evaluate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, schedules, and contractor deliverables

Present project updates, findings, and risk assessments in meetings with stakeholders and project teams

Support planning and feasibility assessments by analyzing resource needs, technical requirements, and construction execution risks

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

10+ years of experience in construction management or related field execution roles

Strong background in construction field execution, QA/QC oversight, and inspection processes

Experience with project controls including scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management

PMP or PMI certification preferred; proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and related tools
