Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Marketing Manager to support a Fortune 500 client in the home services space. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels within both large and small brands, ideally within or adjacent to the home services ecosystem.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a trusted marketing consultant-setting strategic direction for marketing campaigns, leading execution across multiple channels, and optimizing performance for innovative business initiatives that balance brand building with measurable growth outcomes.
. Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans at the campaign, channel, and local levels, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, customer behavior insights, and brand standards.
. Lead execution of marketing plans, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across client teams, internal CGI partners, and external agencies.
. Write clear, actionable creative and channel briefs to guide internal teams and external partners across go-to-market initiatives.
. Oversee asset development in collaboration with design stakeholders, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
. Manage production and delivery of marketing materials across platforms, maintaining organized status and budget trackers.
. Identify and activate real-time local and regional opportunities to drive awareness and relevance within target markets.
. Support content creation, including social video and short-form content, while managing community engagement across social platforms.
. Partner with paid media planners to oversee paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement, with an emphasis on sustainable growth rather than purely deal-driven acquisition.
. Monitor and report on marketing performance, analyzing results and summarizing ROI across channels and campaigns to inform future strategy and client recommendations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
. 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and agency or consulting environments.
. Demonstrated expertise in media planning, budget stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration across brand and performance marketing.
. Agency or consulting experience highly preferred.
. Experience developing brand communication plans and managing creative processes across multiple channels.
. Experience within or adjacent to the home services or home improvement space strongly preferred.
This position is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
