Our Client, an Electric Power and Gas Distribution Operations company, is looking for an Administrative Specialist II for their Terrell, NC location. Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of the project office. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and assisting with various projects as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a construction environment.

Maintain site visitor log and management of vendors and site personnel entering and exiting site.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for staff.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as necessary.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
