Our Talent Care Recruiter is accountable for:
Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Avature)
Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
Agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance
Executing programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication
Actively inform talent of safety policies, standard methodologies,and updates
Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores
Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
Situational adaptability and learning a
Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.
Base pay range for this role is $60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
