Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in the shipping and receiving section of our warehouse. Collaborate closely with the parts manager to ensure efficient operations. You will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading trailers, and assisting with the relocation of materials from our old building to the new facility.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklift and double hoist overhead crane.

Load and unload trailers and products.

Assist with moving materials to the new building.

Perform inventory checks and stage products.

Pack boxes and parts for shipment.

Complete data entry tasks and communicate with drivers.

Assist in loading and unloading of products using forklift and pallet jack.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Experience in shipping and receiving operations.

Familiarity with SAP and BOL.

Ability to complete inventory checks and cycle counts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with overhead cranes and counter balance knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FedEx systems.

Ability to work in a team and stand for 8+ hours.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monee, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
