Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Command Administration division of US NAVAL BASE GUAM. Responsibilities You will serve as senior office manager and coordinates with CO and XO on facility requirements. You will develop, implement, evaluates, and improve processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the program. You will be responsible for oversight of budgets, actions and projects and for resolving a variety of problems related to the assignment, preparation, and administrative processing of assigned actions, and budget cuts. You will advise on and prepares responses for CO and XO on cyclical and ad hoc data calls from HQ for Congressionals, POM, budget, midyear review, and unfunded requirements or processes. You will support data calls, requirements, tasking, and surveys on the Installation from the Region, CNIC, Commander Fleet Forces Command, senior level Department of Defense, and other government entities. You will ensure Administrative staff complete training and adhering to standardized processes, and has access to the tools and resources for providing efficient and effective customer services to their command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Responsible for the provision of, oversight, and conduct of installation administrative requirements; 2) Supervise, manage, oversee, and provide administrative, military and civilian personnel support, personnel and information security, and other admin support services to the command; 3) Performs, plans, and directs employees engaged in the provision of command support services including, but not limited to, awards (military and civilian), personnel performance evaluations, Check In/Out program, collateral duties, information security, correspondence management, directives issuance, data/tasker management, forms and reports, mail program, and records management.
