Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter Communications, was formed to develop and offer a next-generation streaming platform for the entire entertainment industry. Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff. Coordinates multiple projects; orchestrates meetings, team events, arranges detailed travel itineraries, researches agenda items & compiles meeting info. Maintains necessary office supplies and ensures various equipment is properly configured, installed and maintained. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence, typing, filing, research and various projects. Assisting with office facilities, badge process & vendor coordination.

Supporting the organization of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agenda items, and compiling relevant research and reports

Practices good judgment, discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.

Creates intricate spreadsheets, Word documents and/or PowerPoint presentations.

Assisting with the creation and maintenance of electronic filing systems to improve document retrieval and data management

Handling the procurement and inventory management of office supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment to prevent disruptions in administrative operations

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Additional Information :

Position supports 3 Senior Leaders.

Position is office in Irvine, CA-- 4 days/week & 1 day remote

Ideal candidate will have relevant administrative support experience, strong MS Office experience, high attention to detail & working in a team environment.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $23.23 - $30.98 USD.

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
