Job Description

Must have standard knowledge and a range of trade-specific capabilities critical for the construction, maintenance and repairs of building structures and systems, with standard knowledge of tools and equipment.

Job Responsibility

1.Performs detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs through standard knowledge of trade-specific techniques.

2.Standard utilization of tools and equipment to efficiently complete installation and repair tasks.

3.Coordinate and collaborate extensively with trade-specific systems to complete specialized assignments.

4.Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation, proposing actions to minimize risk and enhance performance.

5.Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, identifying potential defects or inefficiencies and addressing them promptly.

6.Ability to assess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed to complete tasks.

7.Performs the demolition of building elements, and cleans up areas as needed.

8.Maintain standard working knowledge of construction practices and techniques, staying updated with relevant trade-specific safety procedures.

9.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

*High School Diploma or equivalent required.

*1-3 years of technical experience, required.

*Must be able to carry 60 lbs.

*Valid NY State driver's license, required.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $62250.00-$100130.00/year
