How you'll make an impact in this role

Drive personalized patient care by implementing and adapting care plans that directly improve health outcomes and recovery speeds.

Champion patient safety through vigilant monitoring and real-time communication of status changes to the broader clinical team.

Orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration, serving as the central point of contact to ensure every patient receives seamless, integrated care.

Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, translating clinical instructions into high-quality bedside action.

Lead the transition of care by coordinating comprehensive discharge plans that empower patients and families for a successful return home.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
