Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Direct Reporting Program (DRPM), MILE of PEO MLB SOLUTIONS. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing, applying, and executing a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes. You will apply managerial experience to develop, implement, and manage administration and business functions to meet program strategic and tactical goals and objectives as well as supporting key program events and milestones. You will perform a range of analytical studies and projects related to program operations that include the effectiveness of business processes, organizational structures, and management internal controls and processes. You will review and/or comply with Navy, NAVWAR, and DRPM MILE policies and procedures that include developing local program procedures to ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures. You will determine information importance and accuracy, and communicate information, data, and metrics it by a variety of methods to program leadership and managers. You will management and coordination of data calls, internal/external action items, and employing organizational knowledge to determine the action officer for action items. You will oversee, manage, and/or use action items tracking tools, provide technical and administrative expertise on Navy correspondence development/management/configuration control, action item management, and correspondence development etc. You will oversee space/facility requirements and manage space information/data in keeping with NAVWAR, DRPM MILE, and/or other higher-level agency requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band DA-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing project management methodologies and processes (e.g., Agile, JIRA); analyzing and improving business processes to meet new or existing goals and/or objectives. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DA-1/2/3/4. This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.
