About the Role
The Marketing Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and scaling a centralized Marketing PMO & Operations function across the Americas. This role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and consistent, high-quality delivery.
This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to coordinate complex programs, improve operational processes, and enhance visibility into timelines, risks, and performance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Program & Project Management: Drive end-to-end execution of marketing programs and initiatives by developing plans, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align and coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and accountability across all workstreams.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Establish and optimize scalable processes for campaign intake, prioritization, and execution to improve efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality.
Reporting, Metrics & Visibility: Provide clear visibility into program status, risks, and performance through structured reporting, dashboards, and regular leadership updates.
Financial & Resource Management: Support budget tracking, resource alignment, and financial oversight to ensure programs are executed efficiently within scope and constraints.
Review project dashboards and prioritize key initiatives
Lead cross-functional check-ins to align on deliverables and timelines
Update project plans and adjust priorities based on evolving needs
Partner with stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
Monitor progress, track metrics, and ensure execution stays on track
Prepare and deliver updates to leadership on status, risks, and performance
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 5+ years marketing or commercial function program or project management experience.
OR
Advanced Degree and 3+ years marketing or commercial function program or project management experience
Nice to Have:
MBA or advanced degree
5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry supporting marketing operations, PMO, or campaign/program management
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira)
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into a coherent narrative.
Previous healthcare experience, focusing on diabetes or related fields.?
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
