Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

Bring materials, boards, lumber, etc. from lumber yard (outdoors) to the mill shop (indoors) using manual labor, carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

Bring fastening equipment to carpenters such as screws, nuts/bolts, truss hangers, staples, etc.

Remove scrap material from production floor using manual labor and properly dispose (recycle) material.

Stack finished product in designated areas

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout 8-hour shift and carry material up to 100 feet unassisted

Must be able to stand, use of both arms/hands/legs

Must be able to work indoors and/or outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be 18+ years old and have valid US work authorization

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Ability to work indoors and/or outdoors in various weather conditions

Heavy lifting required
