About this role:
Digital Data and Artificial Intelligence (DDAI) within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) is seeking a Program/Delivery Lead. You will be accountable for on-time, in-scope delivery across all GenAI External Capabilities workstreams, confirming complex, cross-functional initiatives move from planning through launch with clarity, discipline, and transparency.
This role operates at the intersection of Product, Technology, Experience Design (XD), Risk, Legal, and external partners, integrating plans, managing dependencies, and surfacing risks early so leaders can make informed decisions.

In this role, you will:
Own integrated delivery across workstreams, aligning plans and timelines across Product, Technology, Risk, XD, Marketing, and external partners
Track and actively manage dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating mitigation plans and escalation where needed
Drive launch readiness, including pilot coordination, cutover planning, and go-live sequencing across teams and platforms
Ensure delivery discipline and transparency, maintaining clear milestones, status, and decision logs across the program
Provide concise executive-level status and risk reporting, highlighting progress, blockers, tradeoffs, and decision needs
Partner closely with Product Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Program / Product Managers to ensure delivery plans align to product intent and business outcomes
Support governance, testing, and readiness activities by coordinating timing, inputs, and approvals across teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs involving Product, Technology, and Risk partners
Effective program and delivery management skills, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking
Experience driving launch readiness, pilots, and cutover planning for customer-facing digital capabilities
Ability to produce clear, executive-ready status and risk reporting for senior stakeholders
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared delivery goals
Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments
Background in financial services, consumer banking, or other highly regulated industries
Experience delivering digital, platform, or AI-enabled capabilities, including GenAI features
Familiarity with customer-facing journeys and cross-platform integrations
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous delivery @contexts with evolving requirements
Exposure to testing, UAT coordination, or release readiness activities
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
