Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Strong interpersonal skills

Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation that accrues starting at .01961 hours based on a 40 hour week up to 40 hours annually ( 64 hours in California) after an introductory period, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 or 30 hours worked, depending on work location), and additional pay if working on one of eight observed holidays. Starbucks will comply with any applicable state and local laws regarding employee leave benefits, including, but not limited to providing time off pursuant to the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, in accordance with its plans and policies.
