This role will lead the strategic development of our global corporate business. This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and building a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.

What you'll be doing:
Strategic Development
Develop and implement a global strategy to expand Taylor & Francis's corporate account managed content sales.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging industries to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and editorial, to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
Innovate content delivery and sales models to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
Business Growth and Revenue Generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, delivering tailored content solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Create and implement a plan to increase pipeline capacity and hygiene, resulting in improved forecasting and revenue attainment.Qualifications

What we offer in return:
Annual salary ranging from $170,000-$190,000 + commercial bonus of 25% if OTE's are met; may exceed up to 100%

In-Person Time:The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within acommutable distance of our office in Philadelphia or New Yorkto ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it onsite3 days per week.
Domestic and international travel to T&F offices may be required
Interview process:
