Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations, project logistics, and administrative functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are received, organized, tracked, and distributed efficiently to support ongoing projects and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse work with office and computer-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and staging materials by project.

Accept and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy of shipments and proper documentation.

Manage shipping and receiving for standard parcels and freight deliveries.

Organize inventory to support multiple active projects and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

Support pre-sales activities by assisting with opportunities, proposals, and project-related logistics.

Track and manage materials to ensure timely availability for field teams and project execution.

Coordinate outbound shipments and returns as needed.

Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.

Perform office administrative and computer-based tasks using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.

Communicate with internal teams regarding material needs, delivery schedules, and project priorities.

Support general office and operational needs as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience handling shipping and receiving, including freight deliveries.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting project-based or construction environments.

Familiarity with pre-sales or proposal support processes.

Experience working with inventory systems or tracking tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
